100g dried white beans, soaked overnight (about 12 hours)
1 shallot, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
255g tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Chinese cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp red miso paste
1 tsp dried oregano
100g macaroni
500ml water (plus extra if needed)
Olive oil
Sea salt flakes
Ground black pepper
Fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)
