Pan-frying fish is a quick and easy method. I prefer to coat the fish with flour to make it dry and crisp up the skin. To accompany the oily fish, I recommend serving it with boiled brown rice flavored with turmeric and cloves for both flavor and color. Pair it with a zesty green sauce to add a punch to the dish. I hope you enjoy this recipe
