Marry Me Chicken gained popularity online, and its name intrigued me. After seeing its delicious-looking recipe, I decided to create my own version. I opted for a creamy sauce base but wanted to add more colour, so I incorporated fresh cherry tomatoes and goji berries for both vibrant hues and a touch of sweetness. Coating the chicken in a mixture of flour and smoked paprika not only tenderizes the meat but also enhances its flavour. Deglazing the pan with white wine and sautéing chopped leek makes the sauce quick and easy to prepare. Finally, topping the dish with Pecorino Romano cheese and baking it in the oven, then serving it directly from the pan, adds a romantic touch to the experience. hope you like it.
