Directions

  • Make the Meatballs:
🔹In a bowl, mix pork, soy sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper.
🔹Form 7-8 meatballs and set them aside.
  • Cook the Meatballs:
🔹Heat some rapeseed oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sear the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.
🔹Remove the meatballs and set them aside.
  • Make the Sauce:

🔹Pour in the white wine, stir to deglaze the pan, and let it simmer for a minute.
  • Cook the Spaghetti:
🔹Add the dried spaghetti directly into the pan. Pour 300ml water over it and mix gently.
🔹Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, until the spaghetti is cooked.
  • Finish the Sauce:
🔹 Stir in the tomato purée, dried oregano, and 100ml water. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
🔹Add grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and butter. Stir until smooth.
🔹Return the meatballs to the pan, cover, and let everything simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Serve:
🔹Sprinkle chopped parsley over the meatballs.
